Carolyn Mary Kleefeld's comment reported by Patricia Holt:
"Carolyn Mary Kleefeld was touched by Gianpiero Actis capturing her so intimately in his style of painting, as she thought it in a way
reflected some of her manner of painting--so she felt he was really in tune with
her in this creation. She was particularly struck by the sense of whimsy in the
painting and the striking color palette. She loved the abstract/realism of it
and the sheer originality and passion. She thinks directly of Gianpiero when she
looks at it (it was printed out for her so she gets to see it all the time!) as
it so perfectly reflects him, and yet also so precisely captures her and so she feels a
re-connection to the feelings of last summer and a lasting bond ".
